As workers in the caregiving professions, we all face the challenges of heavy work loads and increasingly complex demands. While managing the daily challenges it can be difficult to feel rejuvenated and connected to the passion you have for your work.
We are delighted to share that this course is being offered in collaboration with our friends at Alive Mindfully.
Beyond Coping gives you the opportunity to connect with others who understand the stresses of the work you do. Take this opportunity to ground and strengthen yourself while creating a new and generative passion for your work.
In this course you will explore the deeper reasons that you are both enlivened and challenged in your work. You will learn simple and sustainable mindfulness tools to leverage your natural capabilities developing new areas of growth. You will discover how to remain committed to the work you do in a way that is generative and nurturing.
Who This Course is For:
If you are in a caregiving profession and you want to learn skills to be generative and nurtured in the work you do, this four week course is designed for you.
